PSE Up & Go Electric Home Charging Rebate Program
Upgrade your EV home charging and save. Upgrading to a Level 2 charger provides faster and more convenient electric vehicle charging at home. With PSE Up & Go Electric Home Charging, PSE residential electric account holders can save on a Level 2 charger via PSE rebate.
- The standard Level 2 charger rebate is up to $300.
- Customers with qualifying household incomes are eligible for an up to $600 rebate and additional financial incentives to cover installation costs.

PSE Flex EV Program
Get rewarded for adjusting your electric vehicle charging on days when demand for energy is forecasted to peak.
Enroll in PSE Flex EV and receive $50 upfront. Plus, you'll earn $0.50 for every kilowatt-hour of electricity saved during Flex events. You’ll also be automatically entered to win one of two $250 gift cards every month (except October and April) just for enrolling.
If you charge at home, there are two methods you can choose to participate - through your vehicle’s onboard telematics or through your connected Level 2 charger. Please note you can enroll in either program, but not both at the same time.

IRS: Federal Tax Credit for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment up to $1,000 - Ended June 30, 2026
If you install qualified vehicle refueling and recharging property at your home, including electric vehicle charging equipment, you may be eligible for a credit of up to $1,000 for each item of property.
